Step 1: Explore our brochure

Start by requesting a copy of our brochure. It’s filled with everything you need to begin exploring your options, including our tent sizes, starting prices, what’s included, optional extras, sample floor plans and answers to our most frequently asked questions.

Step 2: Tell us about your plans​

When you’re ready, complete our short Wedding & Event Details Questionnaire. You’ll find the link in your brochure email. Tell us your date, location, approximate guest numbers and a little about what you’re planning. This gives us everything we need to check availability and recommend the right tent for your celebration.

Step 3: Receive your personalised quote

Once we have your details, we’ll check availability and prepare a personalised quote for your wedding or event. You can review everything, ask questions and make any changes you need before deciding whether you’d like to go ahead.

Step 4: Secure your date

Ready to make it official? Simply accept your quote and pay the 25% Booking Fee to secure your tent and date. From there, we’ll guide you through the next steps and gather the details we need as your celebration gets closer.​

A little note about availability

We’re a small, family-run team and intentionally take on a limited number of weddings and events each season. This allows us to give every celebration the care, attention and experienced hands-on service it deserves. If you already have a date in mind, we recommend getting in touch early so we can check availability for you.​
